Calero Reservoir County Park to the southeast provides 18 miles of trails and water-based recreation including boating and fishing. For serious hikers, the Mount Umunhum Trail climbs to one of the highest peaks in the Santa Cruz Mountains — on clear days, views stretch to San Francisco, Monterey Bay, and the Pacific.
